General Information
The following information will help ensure a
safe and enjoyable visit to Tie Breaker Family Aquatic
Center.
An adult who can swim must accompany non-swimmers and all minors under
the age of 13. Children should not be left unattended.
For your safety, certified lifeguards are on duty.
Please approach a lifeguard if First Aid is required. All accidents,
however minor, must be reported and an accident report filed that same
day.
Wristbands are issued to all paid visitors and must be worn for the
duration of your visit. Failure to comply with the safety regulations
or engaging in activity endangering to yourself or others, may result
in removal from the facility.
RAIN POLICY: In the event of inclement weather and the
park closes * at the discretion of Management, paid visitors who have
been in the park less than two hours will receive a rain check upon
presentation of their entrance receipt, for use during the current
season. PLEASE SAVE YOUR RECEIPT.
*Manager's decision to clear the pool of people for their
safety does not consitute park closing.
*Manager's decision to close park by clearing all people from the park
and locking the gates for any number of reasons for the safety of
visitors and staff constitutes park closing.
Tie Breaker Family Aquatic Center reserves the right to refuse
admittance, or eject from the premises any person failing to comply
with the rules for the health and safety of the patrons.
Patrons are not permitted to bring food or drink into the facility. Tie
Breaker Park Family Aquatic Center reserves the right to inspect
baggage or carry in parcels.
No smoking, food, drink, gum, or tobacco will be allowed other than in
specifically designated and controlled sections of the facility
area.
Tie Breaker Park Family Aquatic Center is not responsible for lost or
stolen items. Locker rentals are available.
Weapons of any kind are not permitted.
The use of profanity or other inappropriate language is not
permitted.
Only U.S. Coast Guard approved lifejackets and flotation devices are
allowed. Lifejackets are available free of charge. Please inquire at
the admissions window.
Height, weight and health restrictions are strictly enforced.
Capacity is limited to 891, so the park may not be available to all
guests during peak times.
A limited number of tubes for attractions at Tie Breaker Park Family
Aquatic Center are available free of charge. For your safety, no
personal recreational flotation devices are allowed inside the water
park.

APPROPRIATE ATTIRE
In order to participate in water park activities, guests must
adhere to the following guidelines:
Proper swim attire must be worn at all times.
Street clothes, cut-off shorts, denim shorts, thongs or athletic
clothing is not allowed in any water areas.
Swimwear with buttons, snaps, rivets, ornamentation, jewelry or zippers
is not allowed.
Shoes are not allowed on any attraction.
Aqua socks are not permitted on slides.
Infants' diapers may be changed in locker room areas only.
Swim diapers are required for all children not yet toilet trained. Swim
diapers are available for purchase.
Casts are not allowed on any of the attractions.
Do not wear eyeglasses or jewelry in the water, as they may not be
retrievable if lost.
Facemasks are not allowed.

LOCKER ROOM & SHOWER FACILITIES
Private shower facilities are located in Tie Breaker Park Family
Aquatic Center men's and women's locker rooms.
For your convenience, lockers are available for rental in the men's and
women's locker rooms. All lockers are cleared out each night upon close
of the facility. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
LOST CHILDREN
Pages cannot be broadcast in Tie Breaker Park Family Aquatic Center
except for medical emergencies, so please pre-arrange a meeting time
and place with your children.
